Option 1 - delete it in the app (instant)
Open ucookit → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. This is the fastest way and removes your account immediately.
Option 2 - request deletion without the app
Don't have ucookit installed anymore? Email us from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.
Email support@ucookit.appWe'll verify it's your account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
1.What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes, from both your device and our servers:
- Your saved recipes, collections, favorites, and saved menus
- Meal plans, shopping lists, and pantry items
- Profile details - name, avatar photo, and any optional health details (date of birth, height, weight, sex, activity level)
- Your account credentials and login access
This action can't be undone.
2.What isn't affected
Deleting your ucookit account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription - those are billed separately by Apple or Google. Cancel it yourself in your device's app-store account settings, or you'll keep being charged. See our Terms for details.
